Individual Tax Client: As a new client you will be required to complete a questionnaire, which should take no more than 10-15 mins to complete.  Completing this form in it's entirely will give us as your tax preparer a better understanding of your filing status as well as the best course of action take to get you the maximum refund.  Lastly, I would highly recommend having ALL documents ready to be uploaded prior to starting.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this form or our process, please don't hesitate to reach out.  Thank you and we look forward to servicing you.

Business Owner and Self-employed: If you are a business owner or self-employed your P&L (Profit and Loss) statement or your expense breakdown sheet MUST be attached to your submission.  We will NOT calculate & breakdown your expenses for you (if you require these additional services, please let us know).  If the information you provide is incomplete or not correct, we will not be able to file your taxes.

•     Outstanding incomplete submission will be removed from our system.  Please upload all tax documents, identification, social security cards, birth certificates for all dependents are REQUIRED.

•     We offer File Now Pay Later Option!  If you are estimated to receive a tax refund you can pay your prep fee out of your refund when it is issued OR choose to pay upfront. You choose.  *Be sure to read the fine print regarding this on the client intake form*.  Be sure to make your selection during the client onboarding processes.

•     After submission.  Please expect to receive a confirmation email from our office within 24/48 hours.
